How do you launch electronic pay slips via Doccle?

  • Inform your employees about the digital payslips using the mailing aimed at your employees that will be forwarded to you soon.
  • Enter all current e-mail addresses of your employees, preferably using your EASY online or EASY input payroll application.
  • Your employee must add EASYDOC to his/her Doccle account to receive the payslips digitally. This can be done as follows:

By e-mail: Your employee will receive an e-mail from Doccle to add EASYDOC to his/her Doccle account. If the employee does not have a Doccle account yet, it can be easily created. The connection is made with only 1 click using the personal link in the e-mail!

  • Subsequently, the payslips are available in Doccle.
  • Once the connection has been made, your employee receives the payslips digitally. Every time a new payslip is available, your employee receives a message by e-mail or on his/her app.

Important to know:

  • Inform your employees they will no longer receive their payslip by e-post.
  • If your employees do not want to activate Doccle, you can deliver the payslips yourself. In the same way as today, they will be available in the electronic drawer (EASY online) or sent to you in a Zip file.
  • Your employee can upload his/her previous payroll documents in his/her personal Doccle account himself/herself.

  • The payslips are immediately forwarded to Doccle. You can choose the time when the payslips will be visible to your employees in Doccle. Talk to your payroll adviser for this.
